Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly linkup of book bloggers hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl! This week, we’re talking about big giant long books…some of my favorite kinds of books to read! I’ve highlighted some of the longest books I’ve read before previously, so I thought it might be fun to take a look through my to-be-read list to see which gigantic ones are out there waiting for me!

The Power Broker (1246 pages)
Black Lamb and Grey Falcon (1196 pages)
The Stand (1152 pages)
Kristin Lavransdatter (1144 pages)
Truman (1120 pages)
Infinite Jest (1088 pages)
What It Takes (1051 pages)
Dreadnaught (1040 pages)
Kushiel’s Dart (1040 pages)
The Way of Kings (1007 pages)
I really ought to read Kushiel’s Dart sometime.
I didn’t know Infinite Jest was such a huge book! I have it on my tbr! Great list, you’ve got some books listed that I hadn’t known about but they look interesting.
I’ve definitely got some deep cuts in there!
I’ve not read any of these. I am impressed that you have 10 all over 1000.

I do love a giant book, almost a quarter of the books I’ve read this year are 500+ pages
I’ve tried to read THE STAND and it just hasn’t ever kept my interest. I used to be a huge Stephen King fan, but for some reason, I just can’t do THE STAND. Weird. I hope you enjoy all these when you get to them!
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

Ooooo that makes me nervous, I’ve only ever read The Shining but people have been so glowing about The Stand!
Great list! The Stand seems to be a popular one for this prompt, but I was so intrigued by Kristin Lavransdatter that I had to look it up and immediately added it to my TBR. Thanks for the rec.
I hope we both like it because it looks like an INVESTMENT of time
OMG these are out of the question for me, too gigantic.
